All non-member students wanting the student discount must email the Regional Advisor (RA) at with proof of current enrollment status within one week of registering. If no proof of enrollment status is sent to the RA, within one week of registering, the registration will be denied.

10 Minute Face-to-Face Consultation with Editor/Agent: $40
20 Minute Face-to-Face Portfolio Critique with Chad W. Beckerman: $45
l Manuscript Critique by Off-site Editor/Agent: $40
Manuscript Critique Manuscripts must be emailed to by March 16th. Attendees will receive a written critique by email after the conference. This is not a face-to-face option. Critique comments are in written form.

Manuscripts submitted for written critique are limited to the first ten pages or one picture book manuscript only. More details will be sent to registrants choosing a written manuscript critique option.

Please note that during the registration process there will not be an option to choose a specific conference speaker/off-site professional. Manuscripts will be sent to conference speakers/off site professionals based on contractual agreements.

Note: Due to limited availability, registrations with any of the above options must be paid in full to secure a spot. Once an option has sold out, the option will no longer be available during the registration process and those not paid in full will be notified.
